Giorgio Armani Lip Shimmer Holiday set

Set includes Lip Shimmer No. 9, Lip Shimmer No. 21 and Lip Shimmer No. 16

Swatches same order as top picture, No. 9, Lip Shimmer No. 21 and Lip Shimmer No. 16

This is my first time trying out Giorgio Armani Lip shimmers, and I really like them, big surprise!! ( I love most things high end, unfortunately)

The price range is high if you purchase these separately $ 27.00 ea, ( which I pay for Chanel ) but this set cost $49.00 dollars, which equals to $16 dollars and change, I can do that. ( especially since I had never tried these before)

Number 9 and 16 are shimmery and 21 is no shimmer and has a bit more color on the lips.
When I tried them at the store , from the disposable lip tester brush, they did nothing for me!!
(As we all know those brushes suck)

But as I swatched them on my hand ( with the actual brush applicator they come with ) they were gorgeous, so I had to buy them, to see if when I got home they were to my liking.

Well Yes by this review, they were to my liking and I would highly recommend this set, especially since the price is so good for these. I mean we all buy M.A.C. glosses at $14.50 a pop, Lancome $26.00 and up, Smashbox $ 18.00 , you get the picture, so for high end this is a steal!!

The texture on these just glides on and feels smooth and hydrating on the lips, no glittery texture at all.
The brush applicator it comes with is pretty good and applies the color evenly. I prefer a lip brush applicator as opposed to dough foot.

All the colors are very versatile, so you have a good range of colors for all skin tones, which in many holiday sets, that is not case.

Over all thoughts:

would I recommend this? Yes I would :) Would I repurchase these glosses? Yes :)

I hope this review was helpful.

Let me know know what you think? I love feedback!

Giorgio Armani Rouge d' Armani Best sellers set

Rouge d' Armani Best sellers ( 400 is a true Red, even though pic looks orangish red)

Set includes: Rouge d’Armani lipstick no. 510, no. 400, no. 103 order in picture.
Color your lips with our exceptional 8 hour long wear formula in our bestselling coral, red, and nude. (their description)
(My description ) The texture on these are super smooth, and non drying , I was afraid they would be drying because they are suppost to be long lasting lipsticks, but they are not, to my surprise. Although they do not stay 8 hours as they claim , more like 5 or so depending on what you are eating or drinking.
510 is more of a coral pink, 400 a true wearable red, 103 a very wearable nude color for any skin tone.
They have a magnetic cap closure, which is pretty cool in my opinion , so they don't dry out.
A $90.00 value, for $59.00, so basically its like buying two get one free since they retail for $30.oo each.
So basically you are paying $20 bucks each and for a very high end brand, a fabulous deal!!
Ladies these colors are awesome, and they all look great, you know how sometimes holiday sets seem to have a bad color in the bunch, well not in this set!!! 103 has a cult following and is hard to find on its own , Its one of the best nude colors I have come across, and I have come across hundreds!!
If you are able to get a set, Jump at the chance!!
Let me know your thought???? I love feedback!!

Wet N Wild Coloricon Holiday Sets

They do look so pretty in the packaging!

All four out of packaging

These are the Wet n Wild Coloricon Holiday Limited Edition eye kits. They are not very easy to find and the displays only come with 3 sets of each color.
So If you want them go early in the season for these baby's.

I found mine at my local walgreens for $5.49 each plus tax. They were displayed on the side of an endcap across from cosmetics.
I know alot of you still think of Wet n Wild as that cheap brand from Jr high, but they have really stepped up the quality!!

Most of these have great pigmentation, finger swatches look way more pigmented then how they really come out on your eye.

I will be doing a twitter giveaway soon, on the sets, Im still deciding If I should do all four for 1 winner or have 4 winners with 1 palette each.

I hope this blog post was helpful for some of you!!

Night Elf Palette
