My Favorite Christmas gifts!

I love the box!!!

This was my one of my favorite gifts from my husband. He is always so good to me.

I decided on Black Friday I wanted a Pandora Bracelet

Black Friday represents the day I decided I wanted this bracelet and the day my husband got it for me ( He started purchasing the charms leading up to christmas) . Queen B is me, because I am the Queen B of my house.

Cupcake Charm , represents my daughter, because I have always called her sweetie  since she was a baby. I did not want the traditional boy or girl charm to represent my children, I wanted charms with a story behind it :) so I am just sharing small meanings behind them.

Sunshine Charm, represents my son, who I ironically have called him " my sunshine", since he was born.

Mom charm, represents me of coarse :)

Pink Flower , represents my love for the color Pink and what girl doesn't like flowers.

My son who is 9 yrs old ,  gets " Fake" money at school for the student store, for good behavior, helping others, etc. This is, very special to me, because he spent all his $52.00 on this heart candle for me for my Christmas present.  I love that little boy so much....Yup he's My sunshine!

It is so cute! I wont burn it though, just display it as the proud mommy I am.

I got many more Christmas presents, but I only wanted to share my top 2 most meaning full with you all.  I am so blessed to have such a wonderful loving husband, and two great kiddos.

Bargain Shopping at Juicy couture & Sephora, etc.......

Retail $48.00 each set  / I paid $16.79 each set

Retail $35.00 Each / I paid $18.00 each

Retail $ 19.99 / I paid $7.48

Retail $7.99 / I paid $ 2.58

Just a few items I picked up over the last few days, I just wanted to share.

Juicy Couture was the best deal I got  so far on the sales lately, You all know Deborah Lippman nail polish Retail for $16.00 each, so at $48.00 for 3 its a tiny savings, but at 50% percent off and and extra 30% off the 50 % , $ 16.79 is a total steal.  I purchased these a few days before christmas, I did tweet about the sale :)

Now the Tarina Tarantino sets, I just purchased yesterday at my local sephora, for $18.00 ea. which is still a good deal.

Oops forgot a picture,  I also got a Hello Kitty Chain locket with perfume at Sephora , for $15.00 and it Retails for $25.00.

The other two items I bought at Walmart, I bought the beauty goodies for me and the tooth brush sets I got for my kiddos.  One blue and one pink of coarse.

What good deals have you got lately?? Please share :)

Revlon PhotoReady Airbrush Mousse Makeup

Natural light

I was skeptical to try this product, because I don't usually like Revlon foundations. I thought I would give it a shot.  I was intrigued by the formula.

The consistency is foamy with lots of bubbles, it looks and feels very odd. I tried it with my Sonia Kashuk flat top synthetic foundation brush, and it worked great! I did try it with my fingers a different time and I didn't like the way it looked.

It dries fast, so blend blend blend.  I thought it looked ok, but when I went out in the sun, I looked and felt like a Cullen......way too sparkley for my taste.

Although I think it is a neat idea ,  and it gives good coverage this foundation is not for me. ( Hold up y'a'll , see update down below )

I found mine at Bed , Bath and Beyond  for less then $11.00

Have you tried this? What do you think of it??

                                                                XOXO,

                                                                        Vicki

UPDATE:  I have changed my mind on this foundation , since my initial review and after a few more uses I think it is actually pretty good, and will only use it at night, since it does give a glitter effect.  Also I have since seen this at Walmart too :)

L'Oreal infalliable Eye Shadow Swatches & Review

Golden Sage , Perpetual Purple , Infinite Sky

Golden Sage #333

Perpetual Purple #555

Infinite Sky #222

Top Swatch: Full color swatch Bottom Swatch: rubbed them off

I picked these three colors up at Bed , Bath and Beyond , they cost $8.79 each. ( I forgot my coupon, Boo )

These are suppost to be dupes for The Giorgio Armani  Eyes to Kill shadows, while they have pretty much the same texture and packaging, they have very different color assortments.

I  like the color assortment more in the  L'Oreal ones.  Although they were almost all sold out at my local store, I will be picking up a few more colors as they start rolling in to Walgreens or Rite-Aid.

Bottom Line: These are nice to have in your collection

Chanel Le Vernis Nail Colour May # 535 swatches / Chanel spring 2012

Let's Start with May , since it is my birthday month :)

All 3 colors from Chanel 2012 collection, I love them all

Two coats

 just a closer look

Chanel Spring 2012 collection has  hit us, and in a big way!! I Love it!!  Yes I know it is still winter, but we all need to look ahead to the gorgeous colors of spring :)

I bought all 3 nail colors, not only for the great color selection, but out of my four family members, April, May and June are all birthday months for us in my house :)

I had to start with May, since it's my Birthday month and so perfect since I absolutely LOVE the color pink!!

It is a gorgeous shade of pink and I only had to apply two coats :)

Do you need them?? probably not a must have  Are they original? No

I got them because I love the colors and like I said before, the months made it a deal breaker for me.

As you all know, I have a few more pieces from the Collection and they will be appearing soon.

What did you pick up from the Chanel Spring 2012 collection??

Anything strike your fancy??

                                                               XOXO,

                                                                        Vicki

Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Flirt #69 / Chanel 2012 spring

Flirt is a beautiful Coral color

I have both lipstick and liner on :) they look perfect together

Chanel 2012 collection is starting to trickle in stores and it just came out on Chanel.com website.

I picked up a few items from the collection, so I decided to show you all the lip products I picked up first.

Flirt 69 Rouge Coco shine, which is a beautiful coral color, on the Chanel website it shows up orange , which is clearly not the case.

Rose Corail is the second lip product I purchased, I think it matches perfect with Flirt.  I think these two are must haves from this collection.

They have several other lip colors and different formulas in the Chanel spring 2012 collection, but I passed on the others. None of the other colors were must haves in my opinion.

More Swatches and items from this collection are coming very soon!!

                                                                    XOXO,

Urban Decay Naked VS. Naked 2

With flash
TOP ROW IS ORIGINAL NAKED PALETTE

BOTTOM ROW IS NAKED 2 PALETTE

natural light

There are many things I do like about Naked 2 palette as opposed to original Naked palette, such as:

better packaging
double ended brush
large mirror
lip gloss included

I prefer the original Naked palette,  I feel the first one is way better color wise and all colors are highly pigmented in the palette as well.

Naked 2 colors are pretty , but it is disappointing to have an exact color in the same palettes, both have Half Baked.  Not all colors in Naked 2 have good pigmentation either. The matte colors were harder to swatch and blend.

Let me know your thoughts on these palettes?? Which do you prefer?

                                                                XOXO,

                                                                      Vicki

Bottom line: You don't need both. If you have the original you might want to save your money and skip Naked 2. ( If you are a makeup whore you need both :)

Estee Lauder & Michael Kors Holiday 2011

Michael Kors and Estee Lauder team up again for this Limited Edition Holiday collection!

It is $39.50 , but the catch is that you have to buy a Estee Lauder Perfume or Fragrance, then you can buy the set.

I am not a fan of Estee Lauder perfumes, so I will just have to find someone on my list to give the perfume to for Christmas.

I believe all major department stores that carry Estee Lauder will have at least one color selected for them.

I know my Macy's has the Pewter collection in stock and Nordstrom has the gold.

I think this set is Fabulous in any color actually!!  These will definitely sell out, so if you want one you better pick one up fast.

                                                                  XOXO,

                                                                        Vicki
