I was shocked when I got this in the mail because I had not placed a Sephora order around the time this came in.

I was pleasantly surprised to see this in the box.  I love the whole packaging of this palette  from the box in comes in , too the sleek slim design of the palette and the huge mirror.

Sephora and Pantone Universe have teamed up again to this collection  "Shades of Nature Eyeshadow Palette"  and a brush set too, which I don't have.

I am actually pretty happy with this palette, most of the colors are good  but there are some  that are way too chalky , and some not very pigmented.

So wear an eye primer under these :)

Overall the good out weighs the bad with this palette in my opinion.  My only issue is with the actual palette, it does not snap shut it just lays flat which would be a big problem If you want to travel with this.

I will just keep mine in the box it came in and probably would not travel with this , I guess I could taped it shut. LOL

This is a Limited Edition palette so If you like it, you have to act soon.

I have heard Sephora & Pantone Universe are going to keep this palettes coming with different colors, which is pretty cool.

I am hoping they will improve the formulation of the shadows in general.

Retail on this is $55.00 and is available on Sephora.com and will hitting the stores in June.

Bottom Line : You might want to check this out in person  before jumping into it.

Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Review & Demo

click any picture to enlarge

out come

my lashes clumped together!!

I have heard so much hype on this Too Faced product , I finally gave in too temptation and give it a try.

I had high hopes for this product, and was really hoping I would love it.

I didn't curl my lashes , because I usually don't , so I wasn't going too just for the " Wow" effect.

My lashes suck, they are so short as you can see.

So many reviews have  them curled after so of coarse they are gonna look totally different.

It actually seemed to make my lashes stick together and clump.

Also last picture on box, model totally has False lashes on!!

I wasn't so impressed with this product.  I do love Too Faced products, but this one just didn't do anything more for me , than any other mascara I own.

I bought this at Sephora for $35.00.

I will do one more try to see how it works side by side with my other mascaras, so stay tuned.

Bottom Line: I wasn't impressed , returning it!!

Have you tried this product yet??

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains Review & Swatches

I am really loving these new Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stains.  They are not super meltable feeling like other brands I have tried. ( my new word meltable).  You know when you are putting them on your lips and the stick actually is super soft and it feels like its melting.  Well these don't , which is awesome!

this picture shows them a bit dark, sorry!! Top picture is very accurate color!!

I picked these up at Target , I believe they were $7.59 each, and they have several colors. I chose Rendezvous ( gorgeous orange) and Love sick (fuschia).  I am going back for a the coral one and maybe a red. Target also has a printable coupon at the register for $2.00 off my next purchase of one.

These are perfect colors for summer, they look so juicy on the lips without drying them out and they last pretty good on the lips and do leave a stain behind.

Rendezvous  & Lovesick

after I wiped off

Rendezvous

Lovesick

compared to Tarte for size
I do like the Tarte lipSurgence , but they do not stay on my lips once I drink or eat something, they leave no stain either.

 The Revlon ones do :)

I also took a picture compared to the Clinique chubby stick, which I add in later so you can see the difference.

They have a twist up bottom and are easy for quick application on the go!!

Bottom line:  Love them and they are reasonably priced which is a plus.

The Look Bag May 2012 / Beauty MAY-hem!

Loving my May Look Bag

Samples of Erno Laszlo Skincare

I really like the nail colors that came in my bag, they don't have names on them , all the bottom has is 2012 stamped
I'm sure they came in a set and they just threw a few colors in each bag from the sets , that is why the names are probably not on the bottles themselves.
The Orange is a gorgeous bright color with a nice sheen to it and the other is a light Taupe color which is a matte shade both are very pretty colors!

901 Sweet Chemise
I am glad to see so much color in this months bag!!  YAY!!!

Naked Princess Lipsloss

These lipgloss testers are super tiny,  but hey you get four different colors to try.. LOL

Any makeup samples are always welcome :)

Kelly Teegarden Organics

I am very happy with my May bag, I prefer more color in my bags as opposed to skincare samples.

Last month was just o.k. it was more skin and hair care but this month is Fabulous ;)

The Look Bag is only $10.00 a month.   This is my second bag and so far so good!!

Click here if you are interested, NO it's not an affiliate link either!!

Do any of you get this monthly subscription yet?

Philosophy Makeup for $3.00? Yes Please!

Big Lots  is having a close out sale on certain Philosophy Makeup products , so I went a little crazy!!

Every item in these pictures were $3.00 each piece.  AMAZING DEAL!

I suggest you take a look at Big Lots in your area ..... I went to 3 different Big Lot stores ,  and with these gas prices , my hubby wasn't too happy about that :( hehe

The retail on these is between $20.00 to 42.00 each piece.

All the stores I went to had limited quantities and they were on an end cap display, at one store in front, and two others in the back by the makeup area.

If you are interested I suggest you go a.s.a.p., great gifts for Mother's Day, friends birthdays, stocking stuffers.

I did buy extras of certain items if you are interested , I will selling them for $6.00 each ,  ( Due to pay pal fees , purchasing shipping materials )  plus shipping cost.  I would also be willing to trade items as well :)

So were you lucky enough to come across these items??
