Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca Remix Studded Kiss Lip Set Review and Swatches

Next up for lips week is the New Kat Von D Mi Vida Loca Remix Studded lip set.

The packaging is just so damn cute!!!

You get 7 mini  and 1 full size lipstick.

NaYeon, Halo, Wolvesmouth, Gold Blooded , Sexer, Noble, Coven

Oops I for this one in the group picture, haha

The formula on some colors are extremely dry and the pigmentation isn't consistent across the board on the mini's.

I do love the packaging and the color selection is fantastic.

That being said these are not my favorite lipsticks as far as formula goes.

NaYeon ,Wolvesmouth and Sexer are my favorites in this set.

So let me know whatcha think?

XOXO,

Vicki

Pur Minerals Love Your Selfie Palette Review and Swatches

Exposure, Fade, Filter , Photobomb

Flash, Capture, Sepia, Closeup

Mineral Glow Bronzer, Savvy Blush, Afterglow illuminating powder

Exposed Lipgloss

Pur Minerals has a new palette called "Love Your Selfie".

Get ready to get that picture perfect look in a flash ladies.

You get 8 limited edition eyeshadows , bronzer, blush, highlighter , lipgloss and mascara!!

For only $39.00 , that is such a great value.

I am really impressed with the quality of everything in this palette.

The names are so cute too.

Usually in an all in one palette there is one or two duds but that is not the case with this.

I love that you can take this on a short trip or weekend getaway and literally only need to bring foundation and you are set.

Afterglow illuminating powder is so pretty, I think I need to get the full size one.

This is a really great set to add to your collection especially if you have never tried Pur Minerals before or just want to try out new colors.

XOXO,

Vicki

This was sent by PR for review consideration, all opinions are 100% honest and my own.

Makeup Revolution Blush Palette in Sugar and Spice Review and Swatches

I have heard many good things about the brand Makeup Revolution in the past but it was only available in London.

Recently I found this line at my local Ulta.

They had several different palettes including eyeshadows , concealer, and blushes.

They had two different Blush palettes, I preferred the colors more in this palette, you can never have too many blushes, right?

Retail is $10.00 but with the $3.50 off coupon I only paid $6.50.

I am not impressed with this palette at all, the formula is very dry and some of the colors apply very patchy.

I guess for $6.50 I shouldn't have expected too much.

I think I may try some of their highlighters to see if they're any good.

Stay Tuned……..

Have you tried this brand? If so I would love to hear your thoughts?

XOXO,

Vicki

The blushes have no individual color names

Charlotte Tilbury Eyes To Mesmerise Cream Eyeshadows Review and Swatches

Mona Lisa, Jean, Marie Antoinette , Bette

I can't believe I didn't post this sooner.  I have had these since they were released at Beautylish back in June.

Charlotte Tilbury Eyes To Mesmerize is a cream formula and gives a gorgeous sheen to your eyelids.

I highly recommend you use an eye base/ eye primer with these, especially of you have oily lids.

You can apply these with your fingers which I think works best especially to get a high impact intense color on your lids.

Retail is $32.00 each which is a bit steep in my opinion.

You can buy these at Beautylish, Nordstrom and the Charlotte Tilbury website.
( I recommend buying these from Beautylish, they have super fast shipping and great customer service)

I am happy I purchased them , I probably will not be buying anymore unless they come out with a really unique color.

What are you favorite colors?

XOXO,

Vicki

Bare Minerals BareSkin Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer Review and Swatches

Bare Minerals has come out with a new bronzer in a serum form called " BareSkin Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer".

Here is what QVC says;

What is it: A unique bronzing innovation from bareMinerals, this ultra-thin, lightweight formula was created to blend beautifully and to add a sun-kissed veil to a universal range of skin tones. The Perfecting Face Brush was designed specifically to be used with the Sheer Sun Serum Bronzer for the smoothest application.

Who is it for: Formulated for all skin types and complexions and for anyone looking for a sheer bronzing tint.

Why is it different: This silky sheer tint of liquid sunshine enhances your skin with a warm wash of color. Contour and define to flatter your best features, or layer over your foundation to give your skin that ever-enviable natural summer glow any time of the year. Experience the latest bronzing innovation that provides the appearance of a healthy-looking bronze glow on demand--winter, spring, summer, or fall.

How do I use it: Use alone for a stunning, sun-kissed glow, with the Shake, Drop, Buff technique. Shake well for a perfect mix of ingredients. Drop one to two drops of bronzer into the brush reservoir. Buff onto skin in circular motions.

You can also drop this bronzer into your bareSkin Pure Brightening Serum Foundation (not included) for a boost of beautiful bronze, or layer over any bareMinerals foundation (not included) for the appearance of a healthy-looking summer glow.

I really like it and think it works great.

Keep in mind it is a sheer coverage so you do need to build up color if you are medium or darker skin toned.

You can use it to make an existing liquid foundation that you have a little darker and as a bronzer.

Although the picture above which was taken in direct sunlight shows a little shimmer in it, no shimmer  shows up on your face at all.

I even use it on it's own just to even out my skin tone. ( I am MAC NC40/NC42 for reference)

It is Exclusive to QVC until Jan 2016.

What do you all think?

XOXO,

Vicki
