Lorac A Lavish Affair Alter Ego LipGloss Collection Review and Swatches

Bae, It Girl, Goddess, Diva, Icon, Dominatrix

With so many good holiday makeup sets out so far this season it may get a little hard to choose.

Here is how I choose what I am buying;  Is it a good brand? Is the quality good? Is it a good deal?

Well Lorac has covered all bases with this alter ego lipgloss collection.

I know they have two different lipgloss sets out this holiday season.

"A Lavish Affair" is an Ulta Exclusive I believe.

You get 5 Full Size glosses in Lorac's same great formula for only $25.00!!

HELLO!!  That is a total bargain.

The pigmentation is great and I also love that they're not super sticky.

I might go purchase the other set as well for comparison is shades.

Final Verdict:

A great set to have for you or give as a gift.

XOXO,

Vicki

Morphe Pressed Pigments Review and Swatches

I was down in Southern Cali recently for some family stuff and of course I had to stop by the New Morphe Store in Burbank.

The old location was basically a hole in the wall and not in the best area and the shopping center it was located in was just not good in general.

The new location is in a really cute part of town with lots of stores, restaurants and yes lots of parking.

The store itself is so cute and much larger and better than the original location.

They have tons of security guards in the store so that is a little alarming.

Now onto the pressed pigments.

Conceited, Gossip Gurl, 5 Star Luxury, Champagne Nights

These are all such pretty colors and love the pigmentation of them.

You do get a good amount of product and they are only $5.99 each.

You can also give someones affiliate code in store and you get 10% off.

I know some of you might not like that idea but is not a big deal to me and you can choose whatever affiliate code you want to use.

I went to the store to pick up the newly released Kathleen Lights palette, one for me and one for my daughter so I just used Kathleen's  code :)

Then I saw the pigments!

So many to choose from but I narrowed it down and got these ones, I probably will buy a few more colors at some point but I am not in a rush to buy them at the moment.

I love the pigmentation of these and you can use them wet or dry.

I know Morphe products are hit or miss but I am happy with what I got.

Have you tried these yet? do you plan to buy them? If so let me know your thoughts.

XOXO,

Vicki

Wet 'n Wild Prismatic Lipgloss Holiday 2016 Collection Review and Swatches

Moxie Brown, The Loco-Potion, Ring My Bellbottoms, Boogie White Lights

I recently picked up several items from Wet 'n Wild's Holiday 2016 collection.

Up first is the four individual prismatic lip glosses in the collection which are limited edition.

I think these are pretty good quality for a drugstore lipgloss.

Wet 'n Wild has really stepped up their game in the last couple of years in terms of quality and still manage keep the price point very low for consumers.

Moxie Brown and Boogie White Lights are definitely the most pigmented as far as color goes of the four but they all show up pretty good.

The consistency of them is not too sticky and they feel very comfortable on the lips.

For $2.99 you can't beat it and I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the quality of them.

I got mine for Wet 'n Wild's website but I know these are available Walgreens and Rite-aid , I am not sure about which other drug stores have them in stock.

These are worth getting.

Let me know if you picked them up?

XOXO,

Vicki

Anastasia Beverly Hills Ultimate Glow Palette Review and Swatches

Anastasia Beverly Hills has a new glow kit for the holiday 2016 season.

I already have two previous glow palettes from the line and really like them.

So I was excited to get my hands on this set.

Unfortunately this particular set is not for me.

Half the colors have too much glitter in them for my liking and yes gritty glitter fall out all over.

I feel this palette was rushed for the holidays because the quality doesn't seem as good as the previous Anastasia glow palettes that I own.

The colors are pretty and I know some of you who don't mind glitter will love this palette.

Retail is $45.00.

I ended up returning mine and getting the Becca Rose Gold highlighter instead.

Becca has the best highlighters in my opinion. :)

XOXO,

Vicki
