Ulta Haul for only $20 bucks and tons of Free stuff

Back when Ulta was having their 21 days of beauty sale, I picked up a few things.

Not as much as in previous years ( because several of the items are repetitive every year) but I did go in a few days and I ended up buying stuff online as well.

Ulta has a great rewards system and let's you earn points that you can turn around and use a cash towards your purchase.  I personally like to save my points so I can get the most bang for my buck.

Which is a much better point system than Sephora.

Here is what I did.

All the free stuff pictured on the left was a GWP purchase if you spent $60 or $75 dollars.

The Too Faced bag and gloss was free with a $35 purchase of their products.

Everything on the left was free and on the right is what I paid for.

Here is what I actually purchased

The Too faced palette was regular price, The Philosophy Micro delivery face wash was on special for $14.00 ( Reg $28.00) and the Fiona Stiles Foundation and Blush set were 50% off.

I cashed in my points towards the purchase and ended up only paying $20.23.

What a deal!!

Everything in this picture was FREE!! Yes Free!!

So what did you get during Ulta's 21 days of Beauty??

I have plenty of new items coming up soon.

Bare Minerals Bare Sensuals Palette Review and Swatches

Exposed, Fortune, Shazam, Cloud Nine, Lure, Persuasion, Catalyst

Hard to Get, Indulge, Waltz, Hot Spell, Mystify, Ensemble, Upgrade

Bare Minerals has a new Rose inspired palette called "Bare Sensuals".

I picked mine up at Ulta over a week ago and haven't put it down since.

It has 14 shades total including 3 new shades;  Exposed, Persuasion and Catalyst.

The market is so saturated with natural and nude palettes nowadays, so this palette is a nice surprise for spring and summer.

I love Bare Minerals ready shadows and these are the same great quality as the duo's.

The shadows are very pigmented, smooth, blendable and easy to work with without a ton of fallout.

The palette itself is a sturdy plastic and has a large mirror, which is always a plus on any palettes.

The shadows are made in the U.S.and the brush is made in China.

It also has a eye chart to show how to achieve 3 different looks ( great for a beginner).

Retail is $45.00, which a great value.

I highly recommend you check this palette out.

Becca Sunchaser Bronzer, Blush and Highlight Palette Review and Swatches

direct sunlight
Ipanema Sunset, Apricot Blossom, Opal
indoor light w flash

Becca's Sunchaser palette was released last month, and I was pretty sure I was going skip it, that is until I saw it in store :)

The outside packaging has three different shades which actually represent the colors inside the palette.
A nice change from Becca's usual boring brown packaging.

The palette has three shades; Ipanema bronzer, Apricot Blossom blush and Opal skin finish.

Becca has one of the best highlighter formulations on the market and the blush and bronzer are nice and smooth as well and all have great pigmentation.

I personally love all the colors in the palette they work great with my medium complexion.

Then again spring and summer are the best times for peach and coral blushes.

Ipanema might be too warm for lighter skin tones but with light application it can still work.

Retail is $34.00

This is a nice compact size which makes it very travel friendly.

I highly recommend this one for sure.

I got mine from Ulta.
